Since the water inlet tube is installed at the eccentric position of the cylinder, the water will first form into the downward inclined fluid along the tangent direction of the cylinder when it enters into the inlet tube through the Drilling Fluids Desander. The water flow will go downward in the spinning direction and in turn rotate upward along the axis of the cylinder when it reaches a certain position of the cone.
Finally, the water flow will get discharged through the outlet pipe. Under the influence of the inertial centrifugal force from the water flow and their own gravity, those sundries will drop into the cone refuse vessel at the bottom of the solids control system.
